It has taken me 23 years to get to this point and I feel am learning more now than ever before. The game of soccer has humbled me more times than I care to remember, but each time I am humbled I become even more motivated. I want my players to have the best the experience possible in our program. I want them to get better as players and people every day. Developing players is my passion. Winning is just a bi-product of our collective effort as an organization. My intent with this book is to touch on all the major areas that a method should cover to be successful. When you are finished reading "The Method" you should have plenty of new ideas and material to incorporate and use with your team. Don't be afraid to experiment with new ideas and implement changes.
